Very Spacious 3 bedroom luxury self catering townhouse in Torquay with its own private hot tub

The Town House at Muntham is the ideal accommodation for those who love luxury and space. With living space of more than 117 square meters, families or friends travelling together can really spread out and have a relaxing break. The three storey townhouse is decorated in soothing neutral tones throughout which beautifully compliments the original artwork and antiques that have been collected to interest, amuse and delight. The Town House is over 3 floors, completely self contained and has its own entrances. It comes with its own private, suuny terrace and garden with a luxury hot tub for exclusive use. Guests can choose whether they wish to have it and can select it as an optional extra when they book. The hot tub can be booked for a supplement of 15% of the booking value. This is automatically calculated when it is selected as an option. We have reduced the price of the Town House for those guests who do not opt into it.

Well equipped kitchen for a self catering break in Torquay

On the lower level is the kitchen/diner. Here guests can dine informally in comfort alternatively they can use the terrace outside where there are tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The kitchen is equipped with a modern electric oven, a ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer as well as a dishwasher. We supply guests with a welcome pack of teas, coffees, breakfast cereals and milk etc. On this level is a shower room and cloakroom where guests can change and shower when using the hot tub.

Lots of living space for a relaxed and comfortable break in Torquay

A winding staircase leads up to the next level where the main entrance to the apartment is. On this level there is a spacious and light and bright sitting room with a sophisticated and tranquil atmosphere. The room features original wooden shutters and has opulent Duresta Sofas plus a SMART TV. This level also has a formal dining room attached to which is an Agatha Christie inspired study area for guests who need to work while they are away.

Three bedroom holiday accommodation with two bathrooms

On the floor above are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite with a large shower. The room features a SMART TV and there are distant sea glimpses.

There is a second bedroom with a bed that can be configured either as a superking or else as a twin. The room has wardrobe space plus chests of drawers. There is a SMART TV in this room too. It overlooks the front of the property.

The third bedroom is a single. There is also a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Luxury Holiday Accommodation with its own private garden and terrace

The accommodation has its own private patio and garden which is for the exclusive use of guests at the Town House. The terrace is an all day sun trap and benefits for a corner unit with sumptuously comfortable cushions. Added to this guests have their own luxury private hot tub. This is an optonal extra. The Town House can also be booked without it.

The garden also has its very own jungle hideaway.
