Apartment 2 is a stunning, spacious one bedroom pet friendly apartment on the ground floor of the beautiful period property just off the grand main hallway. The apartment has more than 42 square meters of space and is a fabulous luxury self catering holiday rental for two people.
The apartment has a large living area which has a massive bay window overlooking the tranquil Rose Garden at the side of the property. The room features original working wooden shutters, stunning plasterwork and a lovely marble fireplace.
There is a sofa and armchair and foot stool where guests can really sit back and relax in front of a beautiful fire place with flame effect fire for cosy nights in. The main living space also has a table and chairs for dining at or else for use as a place to do work for guests on workcations.
Free fibre broadband comes as standard.and there is a flat screen SMART TV so guests can access their streaming services.
Guests at the apartment have a space in the car park and there is outside seating etc in the beautifully tranquil Rose Garden at the side of the property and further seating in the lwer garden at the rear of the property.
In the the car park there are two EV charging points for guests with electric vehicles.
A well behaved adult dog is welcome in the apartment (please check with us for charges) and we have lots of information available to make a break away with your four legged companion a really enjoyable one. We are scrupulous with our cleaning as although we love our canine guests we always ensure that only fond memories of them are a lingering reminder of their stay.
The bedroom features large picture windows overlooking the Rose Garden at the side of the property. The luxury pocket sprung bed is a king size (UK size 5 ft width). All bedding and towels are included in the price of the apartment and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change and light clean.
We have a communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers - we supply complimentary detergent. There are also ironing facilities available there too.
The apartment benefits from a completely refitted shower room with an easy to access shower 1800mm long and featuring grab rails inside the enclosure and at the entrance to the enclosure. There is also a shower seat. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of Pure Lakes toiletries.
Finally, there is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge freezer, a full oven plus an electric hob and dishwasher. For guests who would like to dine out at one of the many fine local eateries, there is a comprehensive recommended restaurant list in the guest information folder. A complimentary welcome pack of milk, teas and coffees etc is provided.
