Lots of events over the christmas Period to keep visitors entertained
Torquay and The English Riviera are open for business right throughout the winter months and many of the attractions provide something special for the month of December in particular such as the Dartmouth Steam Railway's Train of Lights or the truly magical Coleton Aglow where the house and gardens of Coleton Fishacre are illuminated at night (from 29th November to the end of December) for visitors to wander through and even partake in warming mulled wine. You can also experience the magic of carols by candlelight in Kent's Cavern. And for those wanting to shake of Christmas Day lethargy there is a Boxing Day Dip in Torquay.
