The Princess Theatre on Torquay seafront is packing a whole load of one night comedy shows into March including real stand up royalty. So why not combine a break at Muntham with a show?

The Princess Theatre has a sequence of mainstream stand up comics many of whom are household names and feature a great deal on TV. Meanwhile over at The Babbaacombe Theatre there are a number of edgier comics shunned by the mainstream and banned from TV. Away from stand up there are also some comedy play productions.

Comedy Theatre Productions in 2025
Apart from the stand up comedians listed above, The English Riviera will also see a number of comedy theatrical productions in 2025. These include:
Ernest ? (on 11th and 12th April at The Princess Theatre)
Noises Off (16th to 21st June at the Little Theatre in Meadfoot area of Torquay)
And Basil returns to Torquay in 2026!!!
It's been a long time but Basil is coming home in 2026.
The massively successful Fawlty Towers Stage play is coming to the Princess Theatre 14th to 18th April 2026.
